Fosters Funeral Directors are proudly supporting Dying Matters Awareness Week, which takes place this year from 2 – 6 May 2022.

Every year, people around the country use this week as a moment to encourage all communities to get talking about death, dying and bereavement in whatever way, shape or form works for them.

Whoever starts the conversation, and however they do it, they never find it as challenging as they first feared, and they always feel better for talking about it.

This year’s campaign focuses on being ‘In A Good Place’ when you die. This is trying to encourage people to understand what it means for them and their loved ones when the time comes. Whether this is emotionally, physically or financially, they are trying to start these conversations so that the right level of care and support is in place.
